Position Summary

ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking an experienced metal Welder & Fabricator. The position will require GMAW and SMAW experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

ALL Crane Service, LLC, Independence, OH (44131)

Essential Functions

1. Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to layout
2. Set up components to be welded based on requirements
3. Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, shears, and other welding-related tools
4. Be able to read a tape measure
5. Weld components utilizing GMAW and SMAW processes
6. Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
7. Operate telescopic and regular forklifts (training provided)
8. Operate overhead cranes (training provided)

Skills and Requirements

1. Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding principles
2. 5-6 years of experience
3. Experience with Stick, MIG
4. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
5. Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Positive communication and interaction with team members
7. Ability to work safely around moving machinery
8. Ability to work in conditions with temperature and humidity changes
9. Ability to withstand exposure to dust, fumes, and gases
10. Able to lift up to 50 lbs
