Job summary

Tri-Tek Engineering is seeking an Experienced Site Civil Project Engineer to engage in residential and commercial site development projects. This role offers creative design opportunities and a collaborative work environment focused on professional growth.

Responsibilities include site evaluation, feasibility studies, concept planning, stormwater management, utility design, roadways, and client interaction within a land development design team. EIT is preferred with PE aspiration.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in Civil Engineering design and Land Development projects.
• Experience with Northern Virginia jurisdictions and VDOT.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field. EIT preferred with desire to obtain PE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and submit drawings to the appropriate jurisdictions (Fairfax/Arlington/Loudoun Counties, and more!).
• Design and coordinate all elements of the Land Development design process
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project objectives including schedule and budgets

• Ensure quality control and mentoring Design Engineers
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project objectives including schedule and budgets

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in Civil Engineering design and Land Development projects
• Experience with Northern Virginia jurisdictions and VDOT
• Proficiency in Industry Standard Software including, but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Applications, and Bluebeam
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
• EIT preferred with desire to obtain PE
