SUMMARY

Experience Planners are the dream-weavers. Our team takes all of the hopes and desires for an incredible vacation and bring them to life before guests even step one foot on the grounds of the resort. You’ll experience and understand all of the activities and dining that the resort has to offer and then share these incredible experiences with the guests that you speak with on a day-to-day basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sales background preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must possess a positive attitude
• Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
• Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
• Must be able to quickly and effectively adapt to using new software products
• Must be dependable and available to work within the hotel on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
