We are seeking an Experience Partner - Retail to join our team.

The Experience Partner plays a central role in demand generation for Cognizant Moment services, balancing sales, solutioning, storytelling, and account management. This role is part of a broader organization including Proposal Response and Program/Project Management, focusing on total contract value (TCV) and client satisfaction, especially expanding existing client relationships into new buying centers.

The Moment Experience Partner collaborates directly with market/industry account teams and adjacent service lines to develop solutions and support client needs.

Who you are:

You are skilled in identifying opportunities and winning projects that shape the future of clients' digital products. You have a background in sales, storytelling, and client service, serving as a strategic advisor. Experience may include roles at digital agencies or consultancies, managing large accounts or in sales/solutioning roles, especially with retail clients.

What the work involves:

The Experience Partner has four main responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand: Understand market trends, align capabilities, craft sales plans, lead pipelines, and develop problem statements with retail clients.
  2. Build solutions: Lead pursuit teams, craft deal stories, structure deals, and set pricing.
  3. Be a trusted advisor: Build relationships with key retail stakeholders, ensure client satisfaction, and provide thought leadership.
  4. Collaborate internally: Coordinate with Cognizant teams to respond to client needs and ensure optimal team composition.

What you bring:

  • Strategic problem-solving skills and industry knowledge, especially in retail.
  • Experience in design, marketing, content, commerce, learning, strategy, employee experience, and platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Relationship management abilities.
  • Commercial acumen in sales opportunities, proposals, and GTM strategies.
