We are seeking an Experience Partner - Energy & Utilities to join our growing team.

The Experience Partner serves at the core of demand generation for Cognizant Moment services - balancing sales, solutioning, storytelling, and account management. The Experience Partner is a component of a broader Cognizant Moment Experience Partner organization including Proposal Response and Program/Project Management.

The organization measures success on total contract value (TCV) targets and client satisfaction, with a focus on growing existing Cognizant clients in new buying centers.

The Moment Experience Partner works directly with the market/industry account client team as well as adjacent service lines to build solutions and support client needs.

Who you are:

Your role involves identifying opportunities and winning work that shapes the future of our clients' digital products. You have a background in selling, storytelling, and client service, serving as a strategic advisor.

You may have come from a digital agency or consultancy, where you were a client partner, account executive for large accounts, or in sales/solutioning roles. Experience working with retail clients is preferred.

What the work is:

The Experience Partner has four main responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers: Understand industry trends, craft a sales plan, lead a pipeline of opportunities, and work with retail clients to define problem statements for solutioning.
  2. Build compelling solutions: Assemble and lead pursuit teams, craft the story, structure deals, and determine pricing.
  3. Be a trusted advisor: Establish relationships with key client stakeholders, focus on growth within retail, ensure client satisfaction, and generate thought leadership.
  4. Collaborate across Cognizant: Coordinate with internal teams and other service lines to respond to client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
What you bring:
  • Strategic problem solving skills to understand business challenges and industry trends, translating them into growth-driving experience solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry and experience with retail clients.
  • Expertise in Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Learning, Strategy, Employee Experience, Platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Effective executive communication skills and ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Outstanding relationship management abilities.
  • Commercial acumen in analyzing sales opportunities, crafting pitches, proposals, and sales plans.
