Job summary

The Experience Partner leads Sales Solutioning Storytelling and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment. Their purpose is to understand client needs, activate Cognizant Moment and related capabilities, craft compelling stories to convince clients to buy our services, and nurture client relationships for additional sales and partnerships.

Responsibilities

What the work involves:

  • Generate demand: Understand trends, align capabilities for banking and capital markets clients, craft sales plans, and build problem statements for solutioning.
  • Build solutions: Assemble pursuit teams, structure deals, and determine pricing to solve client problems.
  • Trusted advisor: Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders focused on growth within Banking and Capital Markets.
  • Client satisfaction: Proactively generate thought leadership to anticipate market needs.
  • Collaborate across Cognizant: Coordinate with internal teams and other service lines to respond to client needs and plan account strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of banking and capital markets functions.
  • Travel readiness for onsite client engagement.
  • Executive presence and communication skills, including creating compelling presentations.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $97,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, with eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance.
