Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is hiring an Experience & Outcomes Analyst to measure, analyze, and report on engagement, customer success, service excellence, and outcomes data. You will support dashboards, scorecards, and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Reporting to the Engagement Director, the role emphasizes high-quality, person-centered service and alignment with ESSC’s mission. Hybrid onsite at Irvine with some travel and data governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum four years of analytics, reporting, survey experience, or related.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, disability services, or government-funded service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide experience measurement systems and dashboards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners on measurement objectives and reporting processes.
• Designs, administers, and analyzes assigned experience and outcomes surveys.
• Consolidates data from multiple sources to create a unified view of trends and performance.
• Prepares dashboards, scorecards, and leadership-facing summaries with insights.
• Translates data into actionable findings and recommendations for leadership.
