You will balance leadership with hands-on development, shaping technology strategy, and applying AI-assisted development to improve delivery and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role establishing technology strategies.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Experience building component libraries or design systems.
• Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Experience integrating with CMS, ecommerce platforms, and APIs.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience Engineering team focused on delivering customer-facing marketing website and ecommerce experiences.
• Divide time between team leadership and hands-on development, mentoring engineers while delivering features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Platform Engineering, and DevOps to guide decisions and improve customer experience.
• Drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and site performance.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve efficiency and quality.
