Konrad is a next generation digital consultancy hiring an Experience Designer (UI/UX) in New York to contribute to design thinking, and to ship world-class mobile, tablet and web experiences for global brands.

You will collaborate with developers and consultants, advance design best practices, and advocate for a culture of lifelong learners in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• UI/UX design experience
• Attention to typography and visual hierarchy
• Strong conceptual thinking and design execution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools
• A portfolio of digital projects to share
• Bonus: motion design and web/mobile development experience

Responsibilities

• Understand project needs via design thinking workshops, user research, tests, and design rich interactive experiences
• Identify opportunities and solve challenges by brainstorming and designing digital solutions
• Collaborate with developers and consultants to align designs with technology and business goals
• Stay current with design best practices and technologies to build industry-leading solutions
• Advocate for a culture of lifelong learners
