Job summary

Lextech is seeking an Experience Designer specializing in accessibility to shape inclusive and intuitive digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure WCAG standards and usability across diverse audiences.

You’ll design accessible UX, partner with cross‑functional teams to embed accessibility into the product lifecycle, conduct audits and usability studies, translate requirements into design patterns, and advocate for accessible practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a focus on accessibility.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG, ADA, and assistive technologies.
• Experience conducting accessibility testing with screen readers and assistive tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
