Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect for a part-time contract role. The ideal candidate will be an Experience Cloud expert with a strong background in migrating sites from Aura to Lightning Web Runtime (LWR). You'll provide critical architectural guidance, lead complex development efforts, and mentor our junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions for our financial services clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of robust Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, with a focus on migrations from Aura to LWR.
• Advise on the strategic direction for Experience Cloud projects, including assessing the suitability of Aura vs. LWR for specific client needs (e.g., Frost's project), considering both technical and business requirements.
• Utilize 2-3 years of proven experience in migrating Experience Cloud sites from Aura to LWR, addressing common challenges and identifying effective solutions for missing Aura functionality in LWR.
• Develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) and provide technical leadership for complex development tasks.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide expert recommendations.
• Mentor and train junior developers on best practices for LWC development and Experience Cloud architecture.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and best practices for Experience Cloud implementations within EMS Consulting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of direct experience migrating Salesforce Experience Cloud sites from Aura to LWR.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and overcome challenges associated with basic Aura functionality not natively available in LWR.
• Solid experience in developing advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong architectural skills with the ability to envision big-picture solutions for Experience Cloud needs.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and guide junior technical team members.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Experience in the financial services industry.

• Remote (Part-time Contract)
