Job description

We are seeking an experienced BoardEligible or Board Certified Hospitalist to join our dedicated inpatient careteam at a growing, physician-led health system in Great Falls, MT. Work in astate-of-the-art 36-bed acute care hospital with a highly collaborative teamand a manageable patient census. Enjoy a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule and apositive work culture that supports clinical excellence and work/life balance.

Highlights:

  • Hospital-employed, full-time position
  • 7-on/7-off schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Work alongside:
  • Dedicated Nocturnists
  • Pulm/Critical Care physician
  • Experienced Nurse Practitioner alsoworking 7-on/7-off
  • Daily census averages 15 patients
  • 1:5 nursing ratio, adjusted by patientacuity
  • Procedure experience preferred but notrequired
  • Strong support from Telemedicine CriticalCare/Pulmonology and a full panel of on-call specialists
  • Robust EMR and efficient workflows

Hospital Features:

  • Acute care hospital with:
  • 36 inpatient beds
  • 10-bed open ICU
  • 2 cardiac cath lab suites
  • 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
  • 5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center
  • 5 observation beds
  • 8-bed Emergency Department staffed withhighly experienced clinicians

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible inInternal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicinein Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitalmedicine; procedural skills preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, andproblem-solving abilities
