Job summary

See’s Candies is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Carson, CA to manage initial customer contact and coordinate product liability claims. You will input coding for feedback, work with insurance carriers, and ensure timely reporting while guiding seasonal staff and maintaining approved response templates.

Role requires strong communication, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate across FSQA, Procurement, and Marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of insurance/claims handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about product quality and recalls per procedures.
• Input level 2 coding for customer feedback for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve claims promptly.
• Process general liability and quality assurance claims with FSQA.
• Respond to emails and letters using approved templates and formats.
• Assist with onboarding and training of seasonal staff.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to resolve questions and issues.
• Leverage Salesforce for case coding and reporting.
• Support recall communications and notification processes.
• Maintain response libraries and update departments as needed.
