See’s Candies, Inc. in Carson, CA is seeking a Sr. Customer Experience Specialist to handle initial customer contact and coordinate claims, including allergy and food safety inquiries.

You will code customer feedback in Salesforce, assist with product recalls, work with FSQA and Procurement, and support seasonal staff. Compensation starts at $24.50 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of demonstrated, relevant customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year experience with insurance and/or claims handling where detailed and accurate information is essential.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Advanced level computer skills required (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer correspondence relative to product quality concerns with customers and QA personnel.
• Inputs Level 2 coding daily in Salesforce to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with insurance carrier to provide information for prompt resolution of claims.
• Process defective candy reports and coordinate recalls with FSQA and Procurement.
• Support onboarding and training for seasonal staff and act as floor support.
• Coordinate with FSQA, Procurement, and Marketing on approved responses to customer questions.
