Position Overview and Responsibilities

We seek people-first individuals who excel in customer service, proactive, solution-oriented, and possess a can-do attitude. The Experience Ambassador addresses residents’ inquiries related to attractions, facilities, and services, engaging with residents and guests before and during their stay.

This is an in-person role based in downtown Los Angeles, scheduled Thursday-Monday, 7am-3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and upholding company standards
  • Building rapport with residents and guests
  • Serving as the first point of contact and managing requests efficiently
  • Creating a welcoming environment and resolving disputes
  • Promoting the community and distributing marketing materials
  • Handling administrative tasks and maintaining safety protocols
  • Monitoring facility access and maintaining cleanliness
  • Assisting with emergency procedures and building maintenance requests
  • Developing positive relationships with staff and residents
  • Providing local area recommendations and managing guest access

Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • At least one year experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with computer systems and software
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
