What We're Looking For:

• Licensed in esthetics, cosmetology, or eyelash specialty (per TDLR)
• Willingness to learn new eyelash techniques and services
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Team-oriented and customer service-focused
• Ability to provide tailored recommendations based on clients' lifestyles and aesthetic desires
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extensions, lash lifts, tints, brow lamination, brow tint, and facial waxing
• Explain maintenance programs to clients
• Recommend retail products
• Pre-book appointments and record client notes
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio
• Attend monthly staff meetings
