Washington University in St.Louis is seeking a detail-oriented staff member to assist in the development, coordination and planning of department expense processing. This remote role supports reimbursement workflows and internal service delivery.
You will collaborate with Financial and HR teams, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure timely, accurate accounting. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required.

Serves as responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the reimbursement and internal service delivery process implementation and logistics.

Assist Department Financial and HR areas as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Grade G10-H Salary Range $25.47 - $39.49 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
