Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the primary coordinator for an academic department and assist multiple units within the Arts & Sciences Administrative Cluster. This role serves as the primary administrative coordinator for an academic department, while also serving as a member of the Arts & Sciences Administrative Cluster, providing further support for multiple departments and academic units. This role will collaborate in a team environment with fellow Administrative Coordinators as part of the Cluster, as well as working with faculty and students in departmental units, with the end goal of providing support to enable teaching and research endeavors to flourish.
Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations. Typically working at desk or table. Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement. Equipment: Office equipment.
