Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group's Vino's Italian Kitchen at WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, OK is hiring an Expeditor. Coordinate between kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery and uphold presentation standards before serving.

Hourly pay range is $15.00-$18.00. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required; strong teamwork is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to prioritize orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure each dish meets presentation and quality standards before serving to guests.
• Monitor ticket times and expedite orders during peak service periods to minimize wait times.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and expedite station.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to address issues or delays in food preparation.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
