We are seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a knack for recognizing quality food.

Responsibilities of an Expeditor

1. Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
3. Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes.
4. Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
5. Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
6. Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
7. Maintain cleaning and sanitation standards throughout the shift.
8. Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
9. Exhibit teamwork.
