Qualifications

Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. provides electrical and telecommunications contracting services to clients and communities across New England and in the Southeast. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Expeditor & Submittals Administrator who would like to work as part of a dynamic team that provides critical support to our Purchasing and Project Management efforts.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Coordinating material submittals from requests
  2. Ensuring necessary equipment orders are received on a timely basis
  3. Maintaining logs of committed delivery dates, order numbers, and following up with vendors as needed.

Must Haves:

  1. Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  2. General Contractor software experience such as Procore, BIM360, AutoDesk, Eg-nite is preferred
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  4. Strong organizational, planning and scheduling skills
  5. Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
