• Ensuring all portion sizes, quality standards, and department policies are followed
• Maintaining cleanliness at your station throughout the shift
• Understanding and executing prep sheets and recipes accurately
• Validating food quality and order accuracy
• Monitoring product levels and communicating needs during the shift
• Following First-In, First-Out standards and product rotation
• Maintaining sanitation standards throughout your shift
• Communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exhibiting teamwork and cooperation
