We are seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all portion sizes, quality standards, and policies are followed
• Maintaining station cleanliness throughout the shift
• Understanding and executing prep sheets and recipes correctly
• Validating food quality and order accuracy
• Monitoring product levels and communicating needs
• Adhering to First-In, First-Out standards and product rotation
• Maintaining sanitation standards
• Communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibiting teamwork
