Key Job Elements

• Receive incoming materials receipt against shipping documents;
• Transfers materials from receiving location to identified location in facility using mobile equipment,(i.e. forklift, telehandler, etc.);
• Enter material transfers into computer system;
• Ensure required materials are staged in production area prior to shift starting;
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas;
• Maintain stocking levels of consumables & materials;
• Properly label all required material;
• Inventory reconciliation to include root cause analysis and corrective action implementation;
• Provide detailed records and reports to end users and members of management;
• Assist with cycle counts process;
• Core management transactional responsibility;
• Drive process improvement;
• Operate mobile equipment such as crane, forklift and telehandler;
• Other duties as assigned.

Education / Training

• HS Diploma or equivalent education and work experience combined.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be able to read and complete shipping/receiving documents;
• Able to operate a forklift, telehandler & crane;
• Work around and operate mobile equipment;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
