Responsibilities

• Complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures.
• Maintains station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Understands and executes prep sheets and recipes.
• Validates food quality and confirms order accuracy.
• Monitors product levels and communicates needs during shift.
• Follows First-In, First-Out and product rotation.
• Maintains sanitation standards throughout shift.
• Communicates effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exhibits teamwork.
