Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• FAA on-ramp security clearance and pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, pull, and pack orders with attention to accuracy and timing.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and menu specifications.
• Coordinate with drivers and the on-site team to meet delivery times.
• Maintain quality checks and update the GM on issues.
• Perform occasional stocking and administrative duties as directed.
