Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor who has an eye for detail and knows quality food when they see it. You will ensure portions, quality standards, proper prep sheets, recipe accuracy, and timely communication in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Complies with portion sizes and quality standards
• Maintains station cleanliness throughout shift
• Executes prep sheets and recipes
• Validates food quality and order accuracy
• Monitors product levels during the shift and communicates needs
• Adheres to First-In, First-Out standards and understands product rotation
• Maintains cleaning and proper sanitation standards throughout shift
• Communicates effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exhibits teamwork
