Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and accuracy of orders. You will validate food quality, follow prep sheets, monitor stock, and maintain cleanliness, all while delivering strong teamwork in a high-volume setting.

• Complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintains station cleanliness throughout shift
• Understands and properly executes prep sheets and recipes
