P.F. Chang’s in Austin, TX is hiring an Expeditor to ensure craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests, coordinating kitchen tickets to deliver meals on time and fresh. You will support service flow and communicate with the front of house to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
