Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated kitchen helper to assist in plate presentation and garnish areas within our dining operation.
You will coordinate with pantry and line cooks, ensure proper dish stock, and maintain sanitation standards to support a smooth service. Responsibilities include setting up garnish stations, communicating specials, and delivering plates to servers with accuracy and care, while adhering to ServSafe guidelines and HACCP where applicable.
Compensation Amount: Job Summary: Responsible for grouping together and accounting for dining room food orders from cook stations, and garnishing and completing plate presentation. Serves as communication conduit between dining room and culinary staff.
