Role Overview

We are seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a good sense of quality food.

Responsibilities

• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, policies, and procedures
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift
• Understand and execute prep sheets and recipes properly
• Validate food quality and order accuracy
• Monitor product levels and communicate needs during shift
• Follow First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exhibit teamwork
