Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC seeks dedicated culinary-arts professionals to join our full-time team in SeaTac, WA. You will leverage strong food and beverage experience to support catering for private aviation clients across our service footprint.

Qualifications

• Strong food & beverage experience required.
• Experience with on-site catering and kitchen operations preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders, pull and pack, ensure quality, labeling and timing per SOP.
• Assist in serving ACW customers and gather feedback on products/services.
• On-site problem solver; resolve issues per company guidelines.
• May pick up supplies and perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist in the kitchen during peak periods.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver – when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
