Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Expeditor or Expo roles to support takeout and dine-in service.

You will ensure timely, accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience. Ideal candidates are 18+, with restaurant experience preferred, able to multitask in a fast-paced team setting, and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs; a Food Handler’s Card may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Summary
