Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support both host and server teams in Naples, FL. You will help prepare dining rooms, greet guests warmly, and ensure flawless service throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include setting tables, replenishing utensils, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with bussing and resetting after service. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; High School Diploma preferred.

• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
• Supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and service/bus stations
• Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader

Job Purpose

Runner accommodates guests by setting and maintaining organization throughout the Front of House and Back of House areas. The Server Assistant will primarily assist both the host and server teams to ensure fluidity and proper preparation throughout service.

Working Conditions

• Schedule varies based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular movement throughout the venue is required, including time spent at the host stand, bar, dining areas, and service stations.
• Extended periods of standing and walking are common during shifts.
• Duties may include reaching, bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 30–50 pounds (such as trays, racks, boxes, or bar supplies).
• May occasionally assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak service.
• Vision requirements may include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
• Work environment may involve exposure to loud noise levels, cleaning products, hot or cold food and beverage items, and fast-paced conditions.
