Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for guests in both takeout and dine-in settings. This role supports timely delivery, accurate ticketing, and seamless coordination with dining room staff to uphold our guest experience.

The position requires the ability to multitask in a high-energy restaurant, stand for extended periods, and communicate clearly with team members across shifts. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed

P.F. Chang's Pay Range (based on experience): $19.50 - $23.50 / hour
