Tumble 22 is now hiring Expeditors to be the critical link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, coordinating and expediting food orders to maintain the restaurant's high standards for service, presentation, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between kitchen and servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Inspect all food items before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet quality, presentation, and temperature standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to address any issues or delays, making sure orders are accurate and complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and surrounding areas.
• Assist in food preparation and plating as necessary to meet high-demand periods or specific order requests.
• Monitor and manage the flow of orders during busy periods to minimize wait times and optimize guest satisfaction.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and sanitized workspace, following Tumble 22’s food safety and hygiene standards.
