Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Logistics Analyst — TOA Support to assist with expeditionary logistics for Naval units at Coronado, CA. You will manage Table of Allowance records, validate equipment, support readiness reporting, and coordinate procurement planning.

The role requires Navy logistics experience, TOA expertise, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. You’ll work with multiple units and collaborate with military and contractor personnel to ensure accountability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Navy expeditionary logistics experience.
• Direct TOA management and validation experience is preferred.
• Experience with NAVFAC ABFC standards and NAVFAC Web Portal.

Responsibilities

• Validate TOAs for multiple units; maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and analyze readiness and inventory reports.
• Coordinate procurement planning and shortfalls.
• Support property disposition and container management.
• Develop and maintain TOA baselines and MOUs.
• Ensure documentation and accountability for logistics assets.
