Join to apply for the Expedition Travel Specialist role at HX Expeditions.

A bit about the role: As a passionate, experienced expedition travel specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, bringing our incredible expedition cruise experiences to life and bringing customers closer to their trips of a lifetime.

You will embark on a 6-week orientation program to learn about our guest experience, which changes the way they see the world, and experience our product firsthand through our familiarization trips. We take curious travelers to remote and incredible destinations across the Arctic, Antarctic, and Galapagos, engaging with remote communities sustainably and authentically.

Skills & Requirements: You are a passionate, experienced travel consultant dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to B2B and B2C customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication skills in English, proven customer service and sales experience in the travel or cruise industry, and familiarity with CRM and reservation systems. A passion for exploration and sustainability aligns with our company values.

Work Environment: This is a remote position requiring residency and work eligibility in the United States, with some travel expected.
