Expediter/Dispatcher - Flooring Services SW

SUMMARY: If you enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment, this role might be for you. As an expediter/dispatcher, you will coordinate with contractors to facilitate job scheduling, completion, and processing. Attention to detail, teamwork, and independence are essential.

• Assign installers for tile, vinyl, wood, and carpet installations and repairs.
• Review workorders for accuracy.
• Scan workorders for processing.
• Collaborate with Accounting on missing scans and payroll issues.
• Process new contractor applications.
• Communicate between installers, field teams, and sales.
• Manage job returns prior to warehouse processing.
• Report daily job shipped statuses.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and handle detailed tasks.
• Proficiency in computer data entry; RFMS experience preferred.
