Job summary

Pollo Campero is seeking an Expediter, Front of House Team Member, to act as a dynamic liaison between FOH and BOH and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment with the highest quality standards. You will support dine-in, take-out, and catering orders, maintaining sanitation and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to read English; preferred bilingual English/Spanish candidates with 1+ year of similar

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Must be able to read in English.

The Expediter, Front of House Team Member's, is an energetic team player and liaison between the FOH and BOH, His/her responsibility is to fulfill order with care in a timely, precise manner and with the highest standards to provide an unforgettable experience for our guest.

Responsibilities

• Putting food orders together for to go and dine in orders


• Ensuring food accuracy, having great attention to details


• Making sure food presentation is to satisfaction


• Packaging online and/or catering orders


• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.


• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
