Job summary

Pollo Campero in Austin is seeking an Expediter, Front of House Team Member, to bridge FOH and BOH and fulfill orders for takeout or dine-in with care and speed.

You will ensure food accuracy, presentation, and packaging for online and catering orders while upholding sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Must be able to read in English.

The Expediter, Front of House Team Member's, is an energetic team player and liaison between the FOH and BOH, His/her responsibility is to fulfill order with care in a timely, precise manner and with the highest standards to provide an unforgettable experience for our guest.

Responsibilities

• Making sure food presentation is to satisfaction
• Packaging online and/or catering orders
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
