Job summary

Aramco seeks a Process Online Analyzer Specialist to strengthen the Chemicals & Process Analysis Division. The role focuses on evaluating, selecting, and developing analyzers and sensing technologies for real-time process monitoring, working with chemists, process engineers, and R&D to implement advanced analytics in existing and new facilities.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with 10+ years in process monitoring and strong chromatography/spectroscopy

Qualifications

Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
PhD preferred in process analyzers or sampling design.
10+ years in process monitoring, controls, analyzer design.
Experience with chromatography and physical property analyzers in oil & gas.

Responsibilities

Provide process analyzer system support to R&D, operations and pilot plant activities using analytical techniques.
Track analyzer performance, conduct failure analyses, drive improvements.
Develop analytical solutions to monitor real-time process composition.
Support design, selection, installation and commissioning of new analyzer systems.
Manage projects for implementations of process analyzer technologies and process validation.
Mentor junior scientists and engineers on analyzers and sampling systems.
