Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management or implementation experience with increasing responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of managed care contracts and provider relationships, ideally related to Medicaid.
• Ability to initiate new initiatives without existing playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead payor and partner implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Turn signed contracts into clear plans and launches.
• Set clear process metrics and SMART goals to manage the team.
