Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing supplies and programs, and serving as a liaison between parents and school staff. A minimum AA degree or equivalent and leadership experience with children is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum AA degree, 48 college semester units or passing CBEST score.
• Experience in a leadership position working with children.
• Coursework in Child Development desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs before and after school.
• Coordinate homework program and tutoring.
• Recruit students and monitor attendance.
