A-Team Dental Staffing LLC is recruiting an experienced Expanded Duty Dental Assistant for a full-time, direct-hire role with a private practice in Atlanta, GA. The practice delivers general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and Invisalign services using advanced technology and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will hold Georgia Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certificates, current CPR/BLS, dental radiography credentials, and experience supporting multi-provider

Qualifications

• Georgia Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certificates strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Certifications for the expanded functions performed.
• Dental radiography training and certification as required.
• Experience with restorative dentistry, implants, extractions, root canals and cosmetic procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance.
• Perform expanded duties permitted by Georgia certifications.
• Anticipate doctors' needs during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with crowns, implants, fillings, root canals and cosmetic procedures.
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs and digital impressions with iTero.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix.
• Ensure infection-control protocols and sterilize instruments.
• Support efficient patient flow in a fast-paced, multi-provider practice.
