Job summary

Mid America Health is seeking a full-time expanded duty dental assistant to join our Kentucky team in LaGrange. The role offers 40 hours per week with either a 4-day Tue–Fri 6 am–4 pm schedule or a 5-day Mon–Fri 6 am–2 pm schedule. Work across Luther Luckett and Roederer Correctional Complexes.

Benefits include health insurance with dental/vision, PTO, and holidays. Competitive pay at $20 per hour. There are no late nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• KY X-Ray Certification required.
• CPR for Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Routine chairside duties including preventive, restorative, extraction and prosthodontic care.
• No ortho, crown & bridge or endo required.
• Significant administrative duties are also required.
