The role requires extensive experience in equities-focused product control, deep knowledge of exotic derivatives, and leadership of global teams, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of equities-focused product control experience.
• 4–5 years covering Structured Products and/or Exotic Derivatives.
• Understanding of exotic pricing models and Greeks.
• Experience leading a global team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Daily P&L reporting and analysis including exotic Greeks.
• Engage with trading, Treasury, Ops, IT and risk teams.
• Drive process improvement and automation of P&L workflows.
• Understand funding and financing dynamics.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee offshore/onshore teams.
• Support deal reviews and structural financing.
• Ensure controls and KRIs and month-end close duties.
