Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute code-compliant welds on high-alloy materials.
• Lead setup of purging systems and heat treatment protocols.
• Work with Welding Engineers to qualify and perform welds.
• Perform intricate welding on small-bore pipe or vessel repairs.
• Maintain strict control over specialized consumables.

Skills

Expert knowledge of advanced welding metallurgy

Ability to perform welding meeting examination standards

Multiple advanced certifications in welding processes

Experience using mechanized or orbital welding equipment

Knowledge of Positive Material Identification (PMI)

Education
