Job summary

The Rod Library at the University of Northern Iowa is hiring a part-time Exhibit Coordinator to join a team dedicated to student success. The role coordinates planning and implementation of library exhibits, works with partners to design and create display elements, maintains exhibits, cases and supplies, and supervises student employees and interns.

We seek candidates with library work experience and the ability to manage exhibits in a fast-paced academic setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of library work experience, or a combination of related work experience, undergraduate education and/or post high school library training totaling four years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of library exhibits.
• Work with exhibit partners to design and create exhibit elements.
• Maintain exhibits, cases and supplies.
• Supervise student employees and interns.
