Job summary

Czarnowski Collective in Austell, GA is seeking a Mechanical Designer to bring custom displays to life by creating 3D engineering models and fabrication documentation. You'll work with project teams, fabricators, and vendors to ensure designs translate into finished products across the project lifecycle.

The role requires an associate degree in CAD/architecture/mechanical, 2+ years in display or exhibit, AutoCAD expertise, and proficiency with Inventor or SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in architectural, mechanical, or CAD tech.
• 2+ years in display and exhibit industry.
• Cabinetry and metal fabrication experience desired.
• Experience with CAD standards and data organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate design deliverables into fabrication-ready data and drawings.
• Gather field data, regulations, specs, and client requirements.
• Follow CAD guidelines for data storage and drawing layouts.
• Support concept design, fabrication processes, and on-site installs.
• Assist Estimating, PM, and Installation teams as needed.
• Adhere to Czarnowski safety policies.
